(1) The local level should separate the waste at least into different types, including organic and inorganic, and separate it at the source.
(2) As determined by the local level in accordance with sub-section (1), the responsibility of separating waste at the source and bringing it to the collection center shall be the responsibility of the person, organization or agency that produces such waste and for this, the local level may provide the necessary technology, goods, equipment, containers, etc.
